Mangofile

Whenever you have a large number of documents on your computer, it's important to file and organize all these documents, so that you can find any of them quickly. Besides that, in case your computer is accessed by several people, it's also important to protect your documents from unauthorized access and use. For these tasks, you could install Mangofile. This Windows program creates a virtual file cabinet in your computer, where you can place all your documents and even retrieve new documents from a scanner.

When running the software for the first time, you will need to define a new program database and also enter the username and password for each program user. After all these steps are completed, the main interface of Mangofile will be displayed, where the user can either load documents from his computer or he can retrieve them from any scanner. When importing documents, one will notice that the software offers support for a wide range of document formats, without even requiring any plugins.

After loading the desired documents, the user can place them in a virtual My Documents folder or, alternatively, he can create a new work-space. From the upper graphical toolbar, one can access a series of instruments and tools for modifying scanned documents. These tools include bullets, arrows and other similar items. What's more, documents can be easily printed using any regular printer or sent through email. From the tabbed area of the application, the user can access the System Tools tab, which allows him to back up the document database to a file and also migrate it, in case he wants to transfer all his documents to a new computer. From the same tab, one can define an unlimited number of new users, each of them having his own document folder.
